Elaina is available for one on one private classes in either your home or a rented space. Private yoga classes offer students the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns or goals. Elaina will take the information provided and create a personalized class based on the needs of the student.

Yoga has the power to release physical & mental tension. Due to the Ultradian Rhythm our brain can only focus for 90-120 minutes before it needs a break. Yoga & meditation can be a great tool to bring your employees back to a grounded level of energy.

Anapana meditation is the practice of observing the natural respiration as it moves in and out of your body. By observing your natural breath, you are able to see just how attached we truly are to our habit patterns and limiting beliefs. Giving yourself time to sit every single day for a dedicated amount of time can help dissolve a lot of those beliefs that weigh us down.
